GSE - Tariffa Incentivante FOTOVOLTAICO Conto Energia per l'anno 2011 - 2013


DM 6 August 2010 the Minister of Economic Development incentives to generate electricity through photovoltaic conversion of solar


The August 24, 2010 was published in the Official Gazette the decree of the Minister of Economic Development which will regulate the tariffs to be recognized for the production of electricity from photovoltaic systems that will enter service in 2011-2013.


The 2007/2010 Energy Bill will be in force until the end of 2010 and - under the recently approved Law 129/2010 - will apply, as specified by law, also produced by plants the end of the year that will enter service by June 30, 2011.


In attesa della realizzazione della nuova “Guida al Conto Energia Fotovoltaico 2011/2013” da parte del Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE), soggetto attuatore delle disposizioni, si illustrano sommariamente le novità contenute nel decreto ministeriale.


TIPOLOGIA DEGLI IMPIANTI INCENTIVATI
Il decreto prevede che possano beneficiare delle tariffe incentivanti gli impianti che entrano in esercizio a seguito di interventi di nuova costruzione, rifacimento totale o potenziamento e che appartengano a 4 categorie:
Per ogni categoria è previsto un tetto massimo di potenza incentivabile.

The emoluments provided by the Ministerial Decree of August 6, 2010 take into account the types of initiatives and expected cost trends.
