Garanzia e promozione del lavoro

Un sistema programmato di intervento per le crisi aziendali ed occupazionali, da gestire di concerto con organizzazioni imprenditoriali e sindacati dei lavoratori ed il quale assicuri un sostegno al reddito condizionato alla ricerca e riqualificazione del lavoro attraverso l’istruzione e la formazione permanenti e continue, è la misura prima e più urgente che Regione ed amministrazioni locali debbono mettere in campo in Lombardia; non, si badi, un “salario garantito” per chi non lavora, ma un sostegno doveroso a chi è accertato intenda lavorare, di più e con maggiore utilità per sé e per l’impresa.
